The Fox P Trade Team is hosting a Webinar on Wednesday,September 28, 2016 at 2:00 CST that will review how water quality trading can be reflected in a NPDES permit in Wisconsin.

As part of the Fox P Trade project, hypothetical trades between real farms and facilities in the Lower Fox River Watershed were analyzed to generate sample documents that would be issued in an actual water quality trade, including:

  • Public Notice
  • Approval letter and
  • Permit language that reflects a water quality trade.
Speakers will review these documents and highlight the process required to review and approve water quality trades to support compliance with a NDPES permit in Wisconsin.
