The Fox-Wolf Watershed Alliance is pleased to introduce two new interns for the summer of 2017!
Clean Boats, Clean Waters Intern
Dustin is currently a student at Fox Valley Technical College and is focused on making positive changes toward a healthier environment in any way possible. He is interested in learning about new methods of living sustainably and ultimately contributing to a stronger notion of community. He tries to be outdoors as much as possible and never turns down an opportunity to experience something new. This summer, be sure to keep an eye out for Dustin at one of the many boat launches around the Winnebago Lakes.
Winnebago Waterways Program Intern
Cheyenne Burchell is currently a sociology major at UW-Oshkosh with an interest in sustainability. She graduates next spring and hopes to find work in the non-profit sector. She will be helping with Lake Management Planning for the Winnebago Lakes, aiding in aquatic invasive species education and outreach, and serving as a Clean Boats, Clean Waters Volunteer in the Winnebago System.
