On September 22nd, 2022, Dan Rieckmann, one of our Rat River Farmer Champions, hosted a field day to showcase the use of drones for cover crop planting. Dan hired American Drones to aerial seed just over 100 acres of cover crops with a DJI-T30 Drone at a rate of 36 lbs/acre.
