Join us at one of Wisconsin’s largest watershed Conferences! Past attendees have included stormwater engineers, professors, community leaders, government entities, local elected officials, concerned citizens, and more!
What should you expect from the 2025 Watershed Conference?
We successfully hosted the event as a hybrid conference last year and we will again have a fully hybrid three track Conference in 2025! We are working on filling the Conference agenda with amazing speakers and topics. All sessions will be recorded and sessions will be made available to attendees. Continuing education credits are available for both in-person and virtual attendees.

With up to 12 PDH credits available to attendees, the 2025 Fox-Wolf Watershed Conference is the perfect way to fulfill any requirements! Tracking occurs through our Conference app (Whova) for both in-person and virtual attendees.

Returning for 2025 – Student Posters & Sponsorships!
Returning for the 2025 Conference, we are inviting students from colleges and universities to highlight their research or project at a Poster Session! Posters will be on display for the duration of the Watershed Conference. During the Social Hour on the evening of Tuesday (3/4), students will have the chance to share and discuss their posters one-on-one with all Conference attendees! In addition, we will be offering student attendees free registration for our 26th annual Watershed Conference. Help a student attend the Conference! Add a Student Sponsorship onto your registration and be recognized at the Conference!

Fox-Wolf Watershed Alliance hosts the largest watershed conference in Wisconsin, bringing together contractors, urban stormwater professionals, designers, planners, county land conservation department staff, non-profit professionals and the research community for a two day, triple track conference.
Participating as a tradeshow exhibitor offers your organization an opportunity to showcase your company’s products and services to key decision makers in the industry.
Priority table selection will be offered to exhibitors in the order registration is received. Exhibit space is limited; be sure to register early to secure your space!

We have successfully hosted numerous hybrid conferences and we will again be offering a virtual option to attendees. While we make final decisions on what level of hybrid conference we are offering, we are working on the Conference agenda filled with amazing speakers and topics. We will be recording all sessions and making recorded sessions available to attendees.

Our 2025 Conference is being held at the UW-Oshkosh Welcome & Conference Center, Oshkosh, WI.
Located just 0.8 miles from the UW-Oshkosh Welcome & Conference Center, the Oshkosh Waterfront Hotel will have a room block for Conference attendees at the Oshkosh Waterfront Hotel. The block will be for March 4th-5th, 2025. If you need to stay outside the block, the Oshkosh Waterfront Hotel staff will be happy to help book exactly what you need. Check back here for more info once the hotel block is set up!
