NEWSC

• Is focused on the overall NEWSC operation with responsibilities including: budgeting, membership meetings, oversee committees, provide representation on the FWWA Board, research and obtain grant funding, award scholarships.
• Is comprised of: Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary/Treasurer, Past Chair, four committee chairs (General Public Committee, Municipal Committee, Building & Development Committee, and Stormwater Quality Management Committee), and three members at large; for a total of 11 members.

• Is responsible for providing guidance and education on Public Education & Outreach, Public Participation & Involvement, Illicit Discharge Detection and Annual Reporting, among others
• Is responsible for updating and distributing NEWSC educational materials for municipalities, the general public and businesses
• Provides Exhibiting and Educational Materials to NEWSC members
• Provides Outreach & Education opportunities through exhibiting, social media, presentations and workshops
