To facilitate efficient implementation of stormwater programs locally and regionally that will meet DNR and EPA regulatory requirements and maximize the benefit of stormwater activities to the watershed by:

The Northeast Wisconsin Stormwater Consortium was formed in 2005 as a subsidiary of the Fox-Wolf Watershed Alliance. The consortium is a collaborative of members with leadership elected annually from within its membership.
- Is focused on the overall NEWSC operation with responsibilities including: budgeting, membership meetings, oversee committees, provide representation on the FWWA Board, research and obtain grant funding, award scholarships.
- Is comprised of: Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary/Treasurer, Past Chair, four committee chairs (General Public Committee, Municipal Committee, Building & Development Committee, and Stormwater Quality Management Committee), and three members at large; for a total of 11 members.

- Maintains the Renew Our Waters Website, renewourwaters.org
- Is responsible for providing guidance and education on Public Education & Outreach, Public Participation & Involvement, Illicit Discharge Detection and Annual Reporting, among others
- Is responsible for updating and distributing NEWSC educational materials for municipalities, the general public and businesses
