What is the Winnebago Waterways Steering Team?
The Steering Team is designed to bring together diverse stakeholders who work in a shared leadership setting to tackle issues facing the Winnebago Waterways. County representatives, area non-profits, and community members work together to set the strategic direction for recovery initiatives and to ensure progress towards restoration targets.
The three ‘member-at-large’ positions are 2-year terms. Applications for the positions are generally posted in October for service in the following year. Additional participants who serve in an advisory capacity include Ted Johnson, Angelo Cozzola, and Andrew Hudak from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Contact wwinfo@fwwa.org for questions or more information.
