Banquet Attendees Learn about Aquatic Invasive Species

The Wisconsin Waterfowl Association Valley/Appleton Chapter held their 33rd Annual Banquet on March 29th at the Darboy Club. Chris, the Winnebago Waterways AIS Coordinator, was at the event to talk with attendees about aquatic invasive species. Many of those at the banquet were interested in learning about common AIS that they may encounter while out recreating on the Winnebago system. With lots of raffle items and the banquet, some of the funds raised for the WWA from the banquet go to support habitat restoration and education projects.
