The Army Corps of Engineers has announced details of their upcoming Winnebago 2026 Lake Winnebago Winter Coordination Video Conference which is open to the public:

SUBJECT: 2026 Lake Winnebago Winter Coordination Video Conference
To Our Lake Winnebago Partners:
You are invited to attend the interagency coordination meeting concerning the regulation of outflows from Lake Winnebago into the Lower Fox River. This meeting is open to the public. It is being conducted to exchange information between the Corps of Engineers and representatives of other groups that have expressed an interest in the water resources management of the Lake Winnebago Basin. The online video conference will be held using Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, starting at 6:00 PM (CST). The meeting will include a presentation on regulation during the 2024-2025 water year, since the annual meeting scheduled for October 2025 was postponed due to the lapse in appropriations at the start of the fiscal year.
The meeting agenda is as follows:
a. Regulation Actions, October 2024 – September 2025
b. Regulation Strategy, October 2025 – September 2026
c. Other Items of Concern
