A summer night out, watching baseball, eating a hotdog, having a drink, and…..fundraising for the Fox-Wolf Watershed Alliance? Sounds like a home run! The Green Bay Bullfrogs minor league baseball team has a program that partners with area non-profits that helps promote the work that they do in the community. FWWA night is this coming Thursday, July 20th–gates open at 6:05 and the game starts at 7:05 p.m. The $16 ticket cost provides you your game ticket, a Bullfrogs hat, and a hot dog and soda. Four dollars of every ticket will be donated to the Fox-Wolf Watershed Alliance. A lucky someone from our organization will be throwing out the first pitch, and we’ll have the opportunity to make announcements about the work we do throughout the evening over the loudspeaker. In order to purchase tickets that give back to FWWA, please follow this link: Purchase Bullfrogs Tickets. The game is held at Joannes Stadium, 315 S. Baird Street in Green Bay.
This game will be a great opportunity to introduce FWWA’s work protecting, restoring and sustaining the waterways of the Fox-Wolf River Basin to area residents. Find the black FWWA tent near the stadium before the game for some tailgating fun!
Don’t strike out on this one, have a ball with us this Thursday!
